What Is the Primerica Field Training Bonus (FTB)?

The Field Training Bonus (FTB) is a program designed to help new representatives earn income while completing their licensing and learning the business.

Here's how it works:

1. Join Primerica as a new representative.

2. Personally recruit new team members.

3. Participate in Field Training Observations (FTOs) with your trainer and help families through the appointment process.

4. For every 1 personal recruit and $1,000 in approved life insurance premium, you earn $200 in Field Training Bonus credit.

5. Complete your life insurance licensing requirements within the qualification period to receive your accumulated Field Training Bonus.

Example

• 1 Recruit + $1,000 Premium = $200 FTB

• 3 Recruits + $3,000 Premium = $600 FTB

• 5 Recruits + $5,000 Premium = $1,000 FTB

• 10 Recruits + $10,000 Premium = $2,000 FTB
